When I learned from our local mechanic Midwest Autoworx that my 2003 Mazda Protege would require around $1,800 worth of repairs to in order pass the renewed tags inspection I realized it was time to used car shop. We asked our guy at MA what he would do and he said the only used car dealership he would personally deal with was Top Quality Motors out of Ashland. We pulled up the website and looked over their inventory-enough cars to feel good about finding something in your budget and requirements but not too many as to be overwhelming. We chose a vehicle and called to see about test driving it. Even though they were only 45 minutes away from COB the owner said sure! come take a look and test drive her. We did and liked her so much we ended up putting a deposit on her. These folks are ultra-professional and do what they say they will do. The day we came to pick up the vehicle I had brought along a CD as the specs said it had a CD player-because of the age of the car the CD player no longer worked. They agreed to put in a new stereo and that is exactly what happened today. Would highly recommend TQM to anyone in CoMO looking for a reliable and fair priced set of wheels. No haggling and any purchase is covered under a thirty day warranty. This is how business should be conducted. Thanks Top Quality Motors-I love my Honda CRV !!! Got a car here that seemed fine, quickly started to have all sorts of mechanical issues with it. It definitely seems that their big of talk about fixing up the cars should include that it's done poorly and quickly just to get the vehicle off the lot. Sleezy business model and the sales man was a bit of a dick.
Just bought my fourth vehicle from them-can't say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable all their staff is. Wayne is a great salesman and makes the whole experience a pleasure. Tami is a whiz with the details and paper work. Chris and the mechanics make every effort to see that I have no problems and make sure I'm happy when I drive away. I always get their warranty 'cause you never know even with a new car. Both the price and quality are the best you can find. Great job, guys!

We were impressed with no pressure sales, the "no dicker sticker", and the home-town feel to the office. Our salesman was great to work with and they had no problem with a few minor repairs before we bought our auto, and their account manager was super efficient when we closed the deal. They also only do service on vehicles they sell. Absolutely and highly recommend them over the big guys in Columbia!
